Is this Company even legit? I placed an order on July 26th. It is now November 8th and i still habe not recieved it. To be fair, 2 items were avaiting arrival. However, the site states it ships in September! I habe called 4 times. The 1st time i actually talked to someone. The woman was rude, but explained the item would ship in October. The last 3 times I called, they pick up and say "please hold", but no one returns. I finally just sent a message to the customer service area to cancel the items, as they were Xmas gifts that I will now buy from someone else. Stay away people!
ToyWiz is the most greatest toy company in my opinion. Better than every website and toy store. They ship super quickly and i am far away from where they send. It took a day or two and totally worth it! My daughter loves the toys i got from there and are her favorite! I recommend this amazing ToyWiz company to every parent and everyone! It was a big pleasure TOYWIZ!!!!!!!!!! Thank you.
The absolute worst experience I've ever had buying online. First time I ordered from them they sent me the wrong item. It was $23 plus $5 shipping. They wanted me to pay $12 to send it back. So I fought for a while but gave up. Not worth fighting like that over $20. The second time they were the only store that had a toy in stock I wanted for my nephew so I took a risk. What an idiot I am. 10 days prior to his birthday I ordered this. 4 days later I received an email because they wanted to confirm my credit card - I moved so the billing and shipping was different. Yet they shipped the last item no problem. After giving me the run around and telling me I would have to pay over $25 to guarantee it would make it, I canceled. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Do not but from them. They have horrible service and they're nothing but aggravation to deal with. You will regret it. I will buy from Amazon and ship it to his house. It will be late but better late than never.
I ordered a figurine from these guys and it came broken, but they sent me another one free of charge. I had to chase them down a little bit to get ahold of a rep, but they were very quick and professional about the situation.
Don't preorder from Toywiz unless you absolutely need to. How they handle preorders can take months to process
